Gallup reports uptick in adult uninsured rate

The share of U.S. adults without health insurance rose 0.4 percentage points in the first quarter of 2017, to 11.3%, according to the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index. Still, that’s 6.7 percentage points lower than just before the Health Insurance Marketplaces opened in October 2013, Gallup notes.
